Chase Mearian and Darcie Edelkraut Join Arizona Reproductive Medicine Specialists
(Phoenix, AZ) Arizona Reproductive Medicine Specialists (ARMS) has announced the appointments of Chase Mearian as Executive Director and Darcie Edelkraut as Practice Development Manager. In addition to Phoenix, ARMS has locations in Scottsdale, Chandler and Glendale.
As Executive Director at ARMS, Chase Mearian, M.B.A. will oversee day to day operations at ARMS while also developing a comprehensive strategic plan designed to continue to grow and improve the delivery of services at all locations, ensuring that ARMS delivers the most up-to-date, comprehensive fertility services available.
Prior to joining ARMS, Mr. Mearian served as the Practice Manager at Yale University’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has over three decades of healthcare administration experience, having worked with a number of federally-qualified health centers and hospitals throughout the country.
As Practice Development Manager, Darcie Edelkraut will be responsible for overall sales and marketing efforts as well as expanding relationships with referring physicians, satellites and affiliate practices throughout the region. In addition she will develop programs to promote and raise consumer awareness about ARMS and the fertility services they provide.
Ms. Edelkraut brings her sales, marketing, and management expertise to the fertility market. She was formerly Director of Marketing and Practice Development at Tempe New Day Surgery Center, where she was vital in improving and rebranding the organization as well as providing support to patients undergoing surgical weight loss procedures. She has previously held similar positions at Affiliated Surgical Associates in Phoenix, as well as a private practice in New Jersey.
