Frank E. Chang, M.D. is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist at Shady Grove Fertility Center in Rockville, MD.

A native of Washington, D.C., Dr. Chang completed his medical training at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas after receiving his undergraduate degree from Stanford University. His post-graduate training included a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology, both at Ohio State University.

He is currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Reproductive Endocrinology at George Washington University. Some of his recent honors include being listed in The Best Doctors in America and being named one of the Top Doctors by Washingtonian Magazine.
