Dr. Poe-Zeigler is the Medical Director and founder of the New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine. She received her bachelors of Science degree from in Biology from York College before earning a medical degree from Eastern Virginia. There, she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. After completing her residency at York Hospital, Dr. Robin received a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Jones Institute in Norfolk, VA. After assisting with the development of the Donor Egg Program at the Midwest Center for Reproductive Health, Dr. Robin started the New Hope Center in 1997. A highly respected fertility doctor serving the greater Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina community, Dr. Robin’s current hospital affiliations are with Sentara Healthcare.

Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology as well as reproductive endocrinology and infertility, Dr. Robin is active in state and national organizations including: Medical Society of Virginia, Society for Reproductive Endocrinologists and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology to name a few. Dr. Robin has also served as the President of the Hampton Roads Fertility Society and has published in the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics as well as the American Journal of Surgical Pathology.

Recognized as one of Hampton Roads Top Doctors, Dr. Robin’s chief medical interest included Assisted Reproductive Technologies. Dr. Robin also oversees the anonymous donor egg program at the New Hope Center.
