Paul S. Dudley, MD, joined SRM from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas where he completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology, a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and served a s Clinical Instructor in the Department of OB/GYN. Dr. Dudley is the recipient of numerous scholarly awards at every level of education including awards for Exceptional Performance on CREOG OB/GYN In-Service Exam and the Award for Outstanding Research in Women’s Health from Organon Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Dudley has a broad-based medical knowledge and specializes in treating complex reproductive cases. Clinical interests include assisted reproductive technology including IVF, reproductive surgery, polycystic ovarian syndrome and exercise-induced amenorrhea, premature ovarian failure and reproductive endocrinology, and endometriosis Dr. Dudley continues his research efforts, currently spearheading SRM's research in novel stimulation protocols for women with diminished ovarian reserve and poor response to IVF medications. Other research includes: prevention of OHSS via dopamine receptor antagonists, cumulus granulosa cell gene expression in patients undergoing IVF with ICSI, outcome-oriented research in IVF, and fertility preservation in female cancer patients Most importantly, Dr. Dudley is dedicated to providing patients with the highest quality care and believes in reducing anxiety via open and abundant communication.
